Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained. They offered a good buffet breakfast with several options to choose from. The sauna was a great bonus too. A receptionist named Saafa was especially helpful and went out of her way to assist us. Thanks so much! The sauna is only open from 4:30 pm onwards, which means if you're hoping to have a sauna session in the morning, you are not able to. Would be great if it was also open in the morning.

big room with big bathroom, nice shower, coffee machine and tea. I very much liked the variety of the breakfast and staff was overall very nice! The toilet and the bathroom door was dirty. I actually cleaned the toilet seat with anti bacterial wipes and I could see the dirt on them. Also, there was a bad canal-smell coming from outside when I opened the window.. But i guess the hotel might not be able to change that.

Opening hours of facilities could be longer gym and sauna close at 22:00 it could be good to push it to 23.30. Restaurant only open till 21:30, so had to order in those days i was done with gym after workday.

The location was great, we were in town to see a show at the Fabrik, the hotel is located on a side street so it isn't loud. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I have ever had, with tons of variety, lots for vegans and vegetarians. It was delicious. The hotel was very clean and updated. Staff were very friendly. It has great curtains that block out light. Nice bar in lobby. The bathroom was great. It had a nice big tv. the rooms are a bit small, our bed was too soft and was a bit squeaky when you moved around, our room was too hot even with the heater off but we were able to open our windows

Location great, transport links are easy. Amazing varied breakfast to cater for all needs. Very filling. wonderful staff throughout, very helpful and friendly. Clean, comfortable rooms. We requested 3 rooms near to each other which was easily accommodated, thank you Nothing, was all great

The Hotel is new and everything is on a high standard. Since it was a business trip I liked that its location is near the main station. It has been a calm and quiet room without any distractions. Breakfast was very good. The music during breakfast has been to loud for me personal. Since it is morning, people might prefer a more quiet environment. Very disappointing has been the restaurant with its very limited menu. I felt like at DB ICE restaurant where you can choose within very few meal. Even the Gulasch I choose had a taste from “far East”, which we might not expect in a Hotel in Hamburg. Unfortunately it has been the only option for a meal for dinner.

Even though our rooms were not ready at 2:15 pm (official check in time is 3 pm) they managed to find us different rooms. We wanted to use the sauna after a late morning workout in their gym, but the sauna does not turn on until 4:30 pm. Also the room that we were assigned first was so small that we did not know where to open our suitcases. They did accommodate us eventually.

Breakfast was good, although I have to say that there were very few vegetarian options and no vegan options. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are compact but comfortable. As vegetarians/vegans there were very few options for a rather pricey breakfast. It's time to rethink that everyone eats meat. In fact, more and more people, especially younger generations are not eating meat or animal products.

The beds were pleasant and not overhard. The blackout shades were very functional. The elevators were very fast. The staff were kind and accommodating. A kettle for the tea bags provided would have been nice, as the coffee maker was inadequate. The ordered comfort twin room was not given, and I had to request housekeeping to move apart the beds from king configuration. I had also requested a feather free room and extra pillow, and a hand towel was missing, and there were not coffee capsules for 2 people/two days, and the towels in the room were not all clean. House keeping was very kind and took care of every issue competently and with care for these details. Just to say that not all elements from the booking online were in the hotel's reservation. And perhaps the room was just not properly reset before our arrival.

Even though I had to wait for my room to be ready, I was able to enjoy a beer at the hotel’s bar. Excellent breakfast.

Also great place to work at the lobby. And I love when there is free water (lobby and room)! I didn't see a big wardrobe in my room. I was there alone and for one night so not a problem but for couples and longer stays it didn't have enough storing space, or I didn't find it. Air-conditioning was working intermittently making some noise because worked for a few seconds full power and later off. The duvet was too thick for summer so I had to remove the filling and sleep only with the linen. But nothing exceptionally bad at all!

I know the trend with sliding glass bathroom doors, but it is a stupid trend when some needs to get up at night and the light shines through the glass.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Great connections with public transport. Good breakfast buffet.

Exceptional

The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and check-out a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is also quite convenient, with a bus station just a short walk away, making transportation easy. However, my stay was overshadowed by cleanliness issues. Upon entering the room, I found a hair on my pillow, which was pretty off-putting. Unfortunately, the floor wasn’t cleaned during our entire stay, and given the rainy weather, it became quite uncomfortable. For the price, I expected better attention to cleanliness.
