I stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. A special thank you to the reception staff, who were incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with our luggage and even helped with my friend's bicycle, which was much appreciated. The hotel is modern, well maintained, and has a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, a great option for a stay in Hamburg. I would happily come back and can definitely recommend it. nothing

Hair dryer was broken ans not working in the both rooms we booked. There was no water heater in one room.

Well maintained place. Comfortable bed. Well located in the city centre of Harburg. Some basic facilities for business travel like a hot water kettle and an Ironing board are missing. The restaurant menu is very minimal. The staff is a bit standoffish.

The location was in a calmer part of town. It's located pretty close to the train station at Hamburg-Harburg. The underground car park is a little tight, but nice to have a safe place to park your car.

I have stayed at this hotel several times as it is a good stop-over on a long car travel. Staf is friendly, everything works well. Parking is convenient. My dog is welcomed and facilities are pleasant. THE BREAKFAST! I can compare with previous stays at this hotel and they despereately need to implement some changes. There were three, maybe four different types of what looked like meat balls. No signs! How can guests know what they eat? The eggs were closer to a quiche than to scrambled eggs and unimpressive in taste. I hope this will be changed for next time I come.

The hotel is quite good. Close to S-Bahn. Has its own underground paid parking - 15 euro per night. The breakfast is good. The hotel charges more than 200 euro per night, so small things become important. Second day on breakfast at 6.30 - lack of croissants. Promised that they will be served, but they didn’t. When you do not use Internet for a while, it disconnects and you have to connect again inserting password over and over again, so annoying. And by the way, why there should be a password? It is 21 century guys. Do you really believe that someone from outside will go to the lobby or the floors just to use your Internet? Some really good hotels in Germany where I stayed in this trip did not have password for Internet. You just connect and that is it.
