Clean room, comfortable sleep, and conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station. Good value for money for a one-night stay. The room was small and basic, with a single bed, although this was exactly what I had booked. The shower room was also quite compact, but this is fairly common these days.

The room was clean and good. It's around 5 mins walk to the metro Harburg Rathaus from where you can take the metro and travel to the Hamburg City. The staff were good, helpful except one of the guys who talks always negatively when I have reported about the Wi-Fi issues. I observed that there were frequent issues with the Wi-Fi which I reported but I was informed by one of the staff members that's the problem was with the Service Provider itself. This can't be the ISP problem for the 3 days I was staying here.

I loved the family business vibe of the location. Exceptional people working there, I had a complicated arrival and everyone helped me out and it was amazing.

The hotel is very well located. Impeccably clean and admirably so. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Very clean. Staffs are friendly. But I had a wifi issues not suggested for work-travel. The owner of the hotel seems like my phone had an issue not their wifi. Well It worked perfectly fine at Hyatt in Cologne, It’s iphone air the most recent model. I would’ve checked and work on better wifi connection instead of not trusting customers

Convenient location close to the train station. I got a larger room than what I paid for and it felt very cosy. The communication with staff was great. Some corners in the room very not really vacuumed and the pillows could have been more comfortable. Also the WiFi stops working from time to time for a minute or so. But these are just minor details, I would still very much recommend the hotel.

Not a lot The area was not really nice. The breakfasts were poor. We came down about 8.30am and their was not much left. Croissants (one and half in the basket) were very stale and a very limited selection. Rooms were very hot and stifling.
