It was very nice and clean room, spacious and calm. The staff was very helpful and we also parked our car on the hotel garage for 10days. Everything was safe and sound. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city centre and difficult to find, buth has a solid condition with the center by the train.

They tried to compensate in the second hotel they sent me They made me check-in online, called me before my arrival confirming if I was coming and when I arrived they oversold the rooms and had no room.

I did like the kindness of the personnel and how they accommodated the requirements of the guests. The toilet was damaged and the drain did not work properly.

EXCELLENT. Never before experienced a better value for money ratio. My experience is for a family with a little child. Truely a 4 star with all the facilities and comfort at an reasonable price for a family room. The family room included a child goodie bag with a little teddy, really sweet. -

Spacious It has no air conditioner. It was hot during the whole night. We opened windows, but motorway is so close that created a lot of noise so we have to close windows

Said it was dog friendly....charged for dogs but the dogs got nothing for their money and we were told to either sit in reception or outside for our meals as we had dogs with us,,,doesnt strike me as 'dog friendly'

The beds were comfortable. The room was very stuffy and the bathroom was a little bit lacking. The door to the bathroom was a bit janky and the hand soap was just 3-in-1-adjacent soap that felt strange to wash your hands with (as if washing your hands with body wash or shampoo). The hotel was also pretty far away from everything else in Hamburg, requiring a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest train station on the other side of the bridge. The breakfast was also not free and not cheap either so we got breakfast elsewhere.
