While located outside centre, there was a frequent and direct bus to central Hamburg and the hotel location was quiet at night. Quite outdated hotel, that has probably seen better days. Breakfast choice was quite poor, location quite a bit outside city centre and nothing much to do in the area.

The size of room and bed were ok. I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. My room was located on the first floor, right next to both the reception and the restaurant on one side, and effectively at ground level on the other. This made it extremely noisy throughout my stay, which was very uncomfortable. The reception was often unattended, and when I requested a room change, I only received a response after one day, without any actual solution provided. The staff were generally not helpful, and basic amenities like an iron, air conditioner were not available. Overall, the service and experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Cheap price, easy accessbwith taxi from city centre and guy in recepcion was kind. There was no air conditioners and was pretty hot at outside temprature 25 degrees, hard to imagine how hot is inside when outside temprature reaches 40 degrees

Location wise is superb, easy access to transportation and beautiful park nearby. Restaurantsvand supermarkets are close too. A bit tiny room, but comfy.
