We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the birds.

Modern, clean room. Elevator was out of service which made it difficult with bags. There was no offer to assist with carrying bags up three flights, which I think was pretty bad.

Very nice designed interiors. The breakfast could have been better maintained. It was sometimes hard to find tables that were set and there were also a lot of dirty dishes from ealier guests.

Our attic room got hot at night. The room had a mini-split unit but it was still very warm in our room.

Lovely comfortable rooms. Very close to the lake and great restaurants just around the corner. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would be great to see some tea in the rooms. Excellent coffee machine, but sadly no tea bags. Great selection of tea at breakfast though.

The location was the big highlight for me. It was close to the river and all other places I needed to be. The breakfast was fine, but after a few days it became monotonous. I stayed in room 1, facing the street and in the ground floor of the hotel. I was concerned about noise, but it turned out to be quite alright. No problem whatsoever. Another plus was the coffee machine in the room. Unfortunately, it was rather hot in the room. The temperature outside had risen to over 30 Celsius and that was felt inside the room. Even though the staff was kind to place a couple of vents inside the bedroom, it was simply not enough, especially throughout the night. The toiletries in the bathroom were minimal with one product fit all (hair/skin/etc). Also, apart from hand soap, toilet paper, and hair dryer, there were no other amenities. For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting more. I could not watch English news (e.g., BBC or CNN), apart from Sky news, I found that bothersome.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was quaint and right near the lake, shopping and restaurants.

The room I stayed in looked nothing like the one in the photos. I don’t think this is a 4-star hotel — the room was closer to a 2-star standard.

This is a quaint hotel in a great part of Hamburg - lots of restaurants, bougie grocery stores, and wine bars. Very LGBTQ friendly. Very welcoming staff. Lovely back yard. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are fairly small but most likely typical.

Very nice, central hotel not far from Hamburger Hauptbahnhof, in a quiet street not far from restaurants and bars. Nicely furnished room with a little airco/fan for the hot day - comfy and pleasant. Quiet and nice view to the front. Really appreciated the restful stay. Thank you! All good

too expensive for what i paid, despite of availability hotel refused to upgrade me!!!! i paid more than for executive suite available at that moment
