how spacious the reception area and common areas were, and that it had entrances on both avenues Not the property itself, but the staff. One receptionist clearly needed coffee, an energy drink, or just the motivation to work, because talking to someone was completely unwilling to listen or speak. I was also there for four days, and the guest in bed 1 had a pigsty next to his bed. The smell when passing by or in the bathroom was awful, and apparently the cleaning staff overlooked it. This same guest kept pushing bed 2 into the bunk, leaving no room to pull out the lockers. Even after returning the bed to its original position, he would move it back up against the bunk. This same guest seemed to think he was in a room alone, playing music at full volume, smoking, and talking on the phone at inappropriate hours.

Location, it’s close to the train train stations but if you are an accessibility user, the train train stations are not convenient. The self-check is really bad. Without staff you won’t be checked in. They are really helpful. There is also limited Lift access. The one that’s working is really small and difficult for accessibility users.

Close to the U / S-Bahn The door outside the room is so loud, when people close it, you can hear it. Also outside is so loud, even though already closed all 3 windows, I can still hear people scream at 1am. Lobby is dirty. The owner is so goldsuchtig

The room was fairly spacious, urban and cool with all the posters. The downstairs lounge was nice with the tables and games. The public transport was fairly close, within a walking distance. The matress was quite hard and plastic-like. The bathroom and shower walls were a bit dirty. We ordered food from the qr-code but it didn’t work and ended up taking forever to get our meals.

All-you-can-eat dinner for only €10 and the food was very good! Money is evidently invested in a practical way. Toilet room light was broken and fixed right after asking! The room is very warm, even with the windows open and the outside being colder. No AC is understandable at this price, but even adding a ceiling fan would help! The elevators are plentiful, but not synchronised. Most people ended up calling all elevators on their floor and taking the first one that arrived, leaving the other elevators travelling empty and causing long wait times sometimes.
