However, there was no elevator to our room on the second floor. Our room was also close to the road and had no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open. It was quite noisy on the first night, but we gradually got used to it and were usually too tired for the noise to bother us.

First the staff was so so so lovely and welcoming! The hotel/hostel is super cute, with loads of attentive details and nice things, the whole property is really clean, the bed was comfy. The only thing to mention is, that it’s also a hostel, so there were people coming back from partying (I guess) around 4 AM and stayed outside in the patio. But we closed the windows and it was okay then.

I visited for work so i didnt have time to leave and see the city, but everything is quite close. Absolutely amazing place. Rooms are nice and clean. One thing stands out the most.. the common room downstairs ( check in area ). It is the coziest common room i have ever seen. With free coffee and snacks, i felt great working there on my laptop.

It’s okay. Not bad Our room is directly to the street that is presently being repaired . It’s kinda hot during our stay and no air-con available.

I liked the vibe. The staff was very accommodating and helpful,, the room was clean and nicely light out, the common areas were well thought out and enjoyable spaces in which to spend time. There is a tremendous amount of noise from the street so leaving one’s window open is not an option. To my understanding, there is no air-conditioning so in the summer, it would be very hot.

It's very good value for the money, the location is good, I felt safe as a solo traveler, nothing bad to say :)

Room was cool and hip. Location was great due to being close to Berliner Tor station. Breakfast was good but too pricy for what they offer, it would be better to lower the price. Breakfast price, too high.

Great facilities and rooms extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely stay again on returning to Hamburg. Easy access to transport links. It’s in a location with traffic noise

This hotel is full of life, love and caring. Very comfortable mattresses, super clean and modern designed rooms. Location is very convenient, you can easily find all sightseeings even on a walking distance. Central station is about 15 minutes walking distance, area is safe to walk in the evening and very early mornings. Very friendly staff and there are a lot of small cute details that make your stay warm and comfortable. Will definitely book again if return to Hamburg?

Good location. Beds are very small, so it’s really more of a beware.

Quirky decor, but everything very decent, including nice smelling soaps. And nice to have a large 4-person room with 4 separate beds. Cracked the window for some fresh air in a room facing the road, the noise of the road/train was pretty intense first thing in the morning.
