room and reception staff excellent. Cozy and querky parts of the hotel Menu in the resturant did not have many dishes for our taste

Charming, hipster hotel that had helpful amenities in the room - a cute bag for travel, complimentary wine and water, delicious coffee, fun candy bar in the lobby, and a delicious breakfast!

I missed a place for my suitcase, so that it did not have to lie on the floor. A minor thing was, that I missed some more hooks in the bathroom

The rustic style

Air conditioning is very poor in the rooms. Manager on duty was very argumentative. Overall, overpriced hipster hotel

Loved the facilities and Sauna. The room was excellent. Room 5002 The shag carpet had not been vacuumed well and there was quite a bit of human hair in the carpet. Also, part of the wall paper and carpeting at the baseboard had been pulled up and was tripping hazard.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was way too small considering the price we paid for it. There was no wardrobe, just a couple of small shelves to put our clothes. There was a problem with some small bugs we found in one of the beds due to neglected dirt under one of the mattresses. However, when we informed the staff, they reacted and cleaned accordingly. This spoiled our stay though.

The location is perfect

Close to a subway station and comfy bed

I stay here quite often. It’s not a typical business hotel but more of a trendy traveler spot in HafenCity. The hotel has its own restaurant with excellent staff, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere — perfect if you’d rather stay in than head out into the city. Despite the hotel’s international feel, it’s surprisingly hard to meet people here. There isn’t really a common space designed for socializing, which feels like a missed opportunity. The rooms are comparatively large, especially for the price. A nice touch is the Bluetooth speakers so you can play your own playlists. The neighborhood consists mostly of modern new-build apartments. Many residents don’t bother closing their curtains, so you often get a glimpse of people going about their lives — a bit unusual. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and I don’t know why. But perhaps it was just me.

Super convenient and hip

Excellent room with fantastic decor, including a custom-designed wallpaper that had its own catalogue to show you the cultural significance of its features. There was a vinyl room where you could play music, hangout spaces including vintage typewriters and old skool Nintendo 64. The breakfast was good. The elevator decor was like the inside of the cargo hold of a ship. Fascinating attention to detail if you know your ship history. I was confused about how to use the sauna and the changing space etc. was not separated by gender; I didn't feel clear on the norms when I checked in or through the ample literature in the hotel room. Our hotel room was next door to the not-sound-insulated elevators which began running with customers from 6 am and it was REALLY NOISY.

Location Minibar wasnt refilled daily.

Internet didnt worked, at all Both wifi and cellular, they switch my room, but same one , 2 floors up. They dont clean your room, unless you stay for 3 nights minimum, but they charge the same, and they are not communicating it upon checkin. Staff trying to be nice, but they really dont care!

Extremely friendly anḍ accommodating staff. Organized a transfer to the restaurant and assisted in general matters. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Hafen City, with the new shopping mall, University, underground train station and many other amenities nearby. Breakfast was miserable. If you pay 46 Euro for two, you expect to be treated like any other guest - whether you come early or arrive late. We came 30 min before closure, and literally, only bread crumbs were left over and some dried-out rolls. More or less the same for cheese and 'wurst', though thanks to the friendly staff, we've got an extra plate with some cheese. Next time we will book without breakfast included, and enjoy the many coffee places in the new Westfield mall.

Great location in the HafenCity area, only 25 minutes walking distance from the Central Station. Really nice features in the room as well in the entire hotel. Great communal areas and sauna overlooking the city. It was all good.

The lights were not very strong, so the room was a little too dark
