Beautiful and cool boutique hotel in great location.

Great location but this is not the one connected to the mall. The typewriter was great for our child but had to restrict use as worried about the noise. Someone came to make up bis bed immediately which was great. Made to order eggs at breakfast. Room large but impractical. Lots of unused space. Little natural light. No simple table and chairs. We had one of the larger rooms which turned out to be right next to the smoking room and terrace with the smell wafting into the room. Window curtains in bathroom with blood stains on them. Personnel in the breakfast area unfriendly (not the cook, the waiting staff).

Good location, large room and comfy bed. No indication on where the entrance to the underground parking is, which is on a side street. I had to call to find it out. And it is quite dark everywhere. I like light and for me it was uncomfortably too dark.

Beautiful historic Bildung with lots of Charme. Location was absolutely amazing. Reception staff were super friendly. We loved the art, small accents, colours and the lighting concept. Feels almost like a boutique hotel. Hotel breakfast was yummy. Lovely room with a nice view. High ceiling, comfortable bed :) Firstly it was lovely, and what I am saying is more of feedback to take in rather than me saying I didn’t like it. - The room we had could use here and there a bit of a refresh for example there is Marks on the wall that make it look a bit overused same as bigger holes in the bed frame - couch area we had was ok but felt a bit overused - Breakfast was until 11.30 we came at 10.30 and the buffet looked not so inviting anymore, some items just missing and wouldn’t be refilled. Although the waiters were super nice!! they could even be more attentive and actively approach one to make the Guest feel more welcome and seen throughout the whole stay.

Traditional classic feeling, very near to the site seeings and not far from central train station. My family liked the classic architecture of the hotel,. and many thanks to the hotel staff,they are so friendly, helpful and most of all the big smile on their face!
