Comfortable, quiet room, friendly staff, generous breakfast offereings. Off smell in the bathroom/shower, it quickly dissipated after running hot water in the shower.

Whenever we travel to Wacken, we try to stay at this hotel on our return journey so we can unwind and relax after the festival. We always enjoy our stay here, although the price can sometimes be quite expensive. The hotel is in a fantastic location right beside the main train station, making it very convenient for travellers. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, we love staying at this hotel and would happily recommend it to others.

The Art Deco vibe is worth the stay. Beds are comfortable and room size good. Service in reception and bar areas is friendly and first class. The hotel is really good value. Location to station brings what it brings in the evening.

This time we had a twin bed room, which was much more comfortable than the one tiny double bedroom we had a week earlier, which was placed in a corner with no view at all to the inner "garden". When we opened the window to get fresh air the noise from the huge A/C head unit placed on the bottom of the "garden" area was very disturbing. See above for the stay one week earlier
