Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The hotel looks great both outside and inside, everything feels new, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. A special compliment to the reception team, everyone was extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and made the whole stay feel very pleasant. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything went smoothly, and the communication with the hotel team was very friendly and professional throughout the entire stay.

The AC stopped working, the bath has no ventilation and the rooms aren’t cleaned during the stay. Not even the trash can would be emptied. We have come to find out after our stay that it’s hotel policy that the room will only be cleaned upon request. One should be advised about it when checking in. For the price it seems a bit out of balance.

The breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Great coffee. The rooms were good,clean and perfect for a stay of a few days. The staff was wonderful! They were attentive and competent. They spoke English ,which is very helpful when you're tired and stressed I would definitely stay here again The location was a bit difficult to navigate when you're only walking. But that's not their fault it's just the way it is.

Very clean, excelent staff kindness and availability. Its location seems away but conveniently very close to Hamburg Hbf Central Station, with nearby just 2 blocks away by walking bus public transportation availability 120-122-124-224 lines to get there! Daily breakfast not included, at least should be less expensive; if not paid yet should be noted and just added to room account pendings. At least a daily complimentary water bottle would be appreciated!

A bit further away to station than we would have liked but that didn’t dampen our stay.

Nothing. The location is far from city center. Very difficult to reach the city center by public transport. I was forced to pay once more the city tax, in spite of it was included in the confirmation reservation. The staff weren't helpful.

The hotel is in a kind of industrial location, with no nearby restaurants or sights. It's ok if you only need a place to sleep, but I would not recommend it for a city trip. The breakfast was poor, not as much choice as in similar hotels. No tourist information or city maps available in the hotel.

Away from the main street and very quiet. Breakfast without anything exceptional, below standard, even for lower rated hotels. There was no fridge in the room. We were a group of four and I have never met a more poorly prepared reception staff. Confused bills, different prices for some of us, hours wasted at the reception trying to unravel the mysteries of normal bills... something out of a bad dream!

NOTHING! My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room is unacceptably small. There is no proper wardrobe, making it very difficult to hang clothes. The shower head is broken. The hotel charges €30 for parking, even though there are available spaces outside, which feels unreasonable and purely profit-driven. The breakfast selection is very limited, and the hygiene standards in the kitchen appear to be poor and concerning.

Perfect room with a couple of days. Comfortable bed and really nice and clean bathroom. Everything you might need for a couple of days. Also really close to the metro.
