I stayed only one night during the Hamburg Triathlon. The staff was really nice and allowed me to take my bike with me. The room was pretty good. Location is not so very nice

Booking.com charged me in the wrong currency. I was asked to contact the hotel for help. They completely ignored my requests. In case of issues you can count of the staff and hotel not to help you. The hotel furthermore very difficult to find due to huge construction works taking place and the entrance is very hidden.

Everything was great. I was really impressed by how well our small room, including the bathroom, was designed because it felt really spacious (kudos for the well-thought design!). It was super clean, the staff was super kind and helpful and breakfast was really varied, fresh and tasty. It also included some vegan options! The location is great, it's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest train and subway stations!

Everything went very smoothly, comfy room and nice with 24h open. Nice staff. Close to train station Berliner Tor so easy to get anywhere. Found a pretzel under the bed that wasn't ours

Staff were friendly, the location is good Upon check-in, we noticed an extremely strong plastic and chemical odor in the room. Despite keeping the windows open, the smell persisted throughout the night and made the room uninhabitable. After 4 hours of failed attempts to sleep, my wife began experiencing nausea, which prompted us to check out immediately. The night manager on duty was informed of the situation and noted our complaint at the time of departure.

Location Room had carpets on the floor which even if vaccumed,I think is not clean due to constant used Pillows need to be replaced as soon as possible because are in bad condition

the price was totally fair. the room was nice and bathroom was also nice. the staff were so helpfull and nice. the breakfast was over all expectations. so good and healthy and dessert. i loved the parking, it was in the basement, so our car was totally safe and the parking had a fair price:) i did not like the beds. they were a bit hard, but that is possibly just me and my friend. i got a good nights sleep anyways.
