Clean when I arrived I requested to change bedding never happened , no housekeeping was available

The area around the hotel did not feel safe or welcoming. There were groups of people drinking alcohol and using drugs openly on the sidewalks. They were shouting at each other late into the evening, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood, especially after dark. This significantly affected our overall impression of the stay.

Location is perfect The rooms should be cleaned and the bed linings and towels have to be changed . The room was clean at entry but no care during my stay of 5 days .

its Marriot & the room was well up to its name & standards. Just walking distance from Train & Bus Station. Clean neat & Hygienic rooms. All required amenities provided. Also provided a discount voucher to buy stuff from inhouse shop. No Water is provided in the room. need to carry one yourself. Water dispensers are available in reception & in Gym.

Everything and very clean Nothing

Great hotel: spacious room, nice decoration, spotless clean. It is only a 12 min walk from the train station and like 3 min from U-Bahn station. Very convenient connections to all parts of Hamburg. We were allowed to check in 2 hours earlier. Rooms are big enough for a family of 4. It is located near the central station in a not so nice neighbourhood.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but I have never encountered such unacceptable conditions. This stay was supposed to be special, as my wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, but it turned into a complete disaster. The shower was broken and completely unusable, spraying water everywhere. There was no refrigerator in the room, despite it being a basic necessity — we were told it was a “technical issue,” which caused serious inconvenience, especially since I needed to store medication. The toilet door did not close properly, meaning there was absolutely no privacy — noise and odors spread into the room, which was extremely uncomfortable. Because of this, I was forced to use the restroom near the reception instead. To make things worse, the room was never cleaned during our entire stay, even though we explicitly requested housekeeping and were assured it would be done. We reported all of these issues to the staff and were promised that our room would be changed the next day. This never happened. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and at times misleading. Overall, this was a catastrophic experience. Basic facilities were unusable, essential amenities were missing, and the service was completely unacceptable. Our special occasion was completely ruined. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Location Staff was pushing to sell breakfast.

The overall property was very good and had everything needed. It truly was very well kept and I did not feel anything was missing. The bathroom was very clean and well kept. The only thing I did not like about my stay was the location. The area around the hotel, especially on my way to the hotel from the central train station felt very sketchy. Of course I know this is not something you could control, but it would make someone think twice before choosing that area.

Location is close to public transportation. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Bathroom is large and you have enough space in the room Water bottles in the room would be nice.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast is excellent!! And people very kindly!

I have a problem with booking.com. When i booked through you, i think it said Breakfast included in the price. But the Hotel said it was not and I had to pay. Please review

The hotel location is walking distance from the train and bus stations. There is a grocery and foodcourt nearby. The room is cozy and clean. The staff are very approachable and helpful. Shout-out to Arestel (hope I got your name correctly). I was surprised to find a dessert plate with a greeting card in our room after a long day of roaming around the city. That was sweet. The Courtyard Team made my birthday more memorable. None
