breakfast The parking policy was very disappointing. We paid for parking access for five days, but were only able to use the parking area for three of those days. The reason was that more parking access had apparently been sold than there were actual parking spaces available. When we raised the issue, we were told that they do not sell guaranteed parking spaces, but only access to the parking area. We were also advised that once we managed to find a parking space, we should leave the car there in order to make sure we kept the spot. This was not communicated to us at the time of booking. Although the parking fee for the two unavailable nights was refunded, we still had to pay additional parking fees elsewhere. Had this policy been clearly communicated from the beginning, we would have simply parked in one of the nearby garages instead of paying for parking access that did not guarantee an available space.

well managed hotel, comfortable rooms with a nice small 2nd room with sofa, ideally located near the main train station. Very friendly staff, very good value for money, agreeable hotel bar I was given first a room just below the fitness center with disturbing noise from the walking machine. I could get a inner court room the next day

The room was spacious, the bed was a good size and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The location did not feel safe, especially when walking alone from the central train station. During the 10–15 minute walk, there were many intoxicated people and visible drug-related activity in the surrounding streets. The hotel itself also feels quite dated, and there was a noticeable dusty smell.

Confortable beds, room was big enough. Close to the train station which was the goal since my train was early in the morning. The neighborhood wasn’t great. Lot of homeless people and drug users. I didn’t feel safe to walk there at night.
