Very nice place to stay for a couple of days in the very center of the city. Room is quite small, but comfortable. Bed is comfy, as well as pillows. There is a kettle. Bath, shower with strong hot water. Clean. Normal breakfast

Great location, easy to/from airport. Comfortable hotel close to the heartbeat of Hamburg Bathtub/shower is slippery. I asked for a non-slip mat and it arrived promptly. A handbar to assist in/out of bathtub would be a safety improvement.

Great location, very considerate staff both at the reception as well as the ones cleaning Traffic jam at the elevators, which is not ideal when travelling with a stroller

This is a comfortable place with a homey vibe. The history of the hotel was shared in the hallway with wonderful pictures and stories, spanning over a 100 years. The care for the place is truly felt. The breakfast was great and the young staff in the breakfast room (restaurant) were very helpful and kind. You can tell they take pride in training as part of their service. Though the room was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed. You do hear traffic noise as the front of the hotel is on a busy street.
