Location is top Main floor was renovated and very nice the hotel is dated and a bit like a maze with steps up and down in the hallways. The breakfast used to be much better. Staff moves people around for breakfast, not the tables, not very friendly. Don't expect air conditioning, it's an old building. Rt

Staff are amazing, they are very polite and welcoming. The place is fantastic, is well-centered in the city, lots of cool bars nearby and close to a train station, that gets you everywhere. The room is cozy and clean. The breakfast is great! What a quality! Beyond the friendly staff working there, the buffet is mouthwatering. There's no air conditioning, so the room might get really hot during summer.

ALL the staff are excellent - friendly and very helpful. Good range of food at breakfast. Location is excellent - Stephensplatz is excellent for public transport and Collonade has a good choice of restaurants for evening meal. Always good value for money. I wish there was tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Room was sometimes a little noisy from outside, but not a deal breaker.

Great location. The lak3 is right around the corner Pillows ...not so good Need to fix the weight machine and bike. Gym could be very nice
