The motel room had a very strong, unpleasant smell, almost like mud or dampness. The smell was so bad that it made the room uncomfortable to stay in. I’m especially concerned about guests with asthma or breathing problems, because this kind of smell could make their symptoms worse

The room was not prepped before my arrival. Towels did not appear to be replaced from the previous guests, nor was the refrigerator cleaned out.

Floors were not clean. There was a spot in the bathroom trash and on the bathroom wall looked like poop.

We booked 3 rooms. With the 1st set of rooms, 2 of them smelled like ash trays and urine. The 2nd set were ok, but the sheets needed to be changed as they had crumbs and hair in them. The bathroom tiles had mold & mildew on them.

No staff brought any toilet paper or anything to our rooms & the room stayed damp the entire stay & constant drug activity was going on & we wasnt allowed to bring any of the breakfast back to the room you had to eat in lobby & dinning area then everytime we left to go anywhere we would come back & our key wouldn’t work and the pool had green mold in it

The room is a health hazard. Filthy floors… we had to throw away our socks. The air conditioner is clogged with debris. Only stayed because we had already driven 16 hours that day . The walls and doors wee filthy. I will never stay at a Super 8 again because of this facility. I have pictures. We had to fix the tv to get it to work. Sure glad I didn’t need the microwave as it had dried food all over it.

There was no hair dryer in the room. There was a note on the key holder saying not to answer the door if someone knocked on it and to make sure all of your valuables were locked up. The breakfast was no breakfast. We got there around 8 to find only 2 pieces of stale bread. No muffins no anything. So disappointed because normally the Supwe 8’s or nice but this one needs to be shut down
