The location be ready to hear the business of the city at all hours This property is more of a hostel with private rooms than a proper hotel. There is no visible signage outside, which made finding it very difficult. The fact that they don’t take cards and only accept cash was not made clear in advance, and there’s no computer system—everything is done manually. The overall professionalism of the staff was lacking. I had a negative experience with one staff member, and while the manager did offer a discount to make up for it, the place still fell short of what was advertised. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect! The beds are comfortable, showers are clean, Stuff is really polite, cooperating and helpful! Very efficient service! Security is working 24 hours/day. less than 10 min walk from central part. Thank you so much! just if you have questions - ask on the reception.

Loved the place. real clean. Customer service was great and helpful. A small walk from Mercado Hidalgo the only down is parking but they'll give you options of parking places near by I definitely go back
