Loved the decor. It was exactly the place we were looking for. Nothing. It was truly perfect.

How renovated the main area eas, the open spaces. Our room was very outdated, beds were regular, the doors let too much sound inside.

Beautiful courtyards. Kind staff. Rooms are older and windows lack function in some places. Showers are outdated.

We loved the property. The staff was amazing and the location was great.

Very beautiful unique building. Pretty good location not far from the historic city center. Has parking next to it. Some construction going on. No hot water in the shower the first night.

The room was great for the three of us. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was renovation occurring but they didn't bother us since we were out a lot during the day and the workers were very respectful. Wish I had coffee in the room or available easily in a take out cup. Daughter would have like to have conditioner in addition to the shampoo.

Short distance to the city center The almost complete absence of daylight in the room made it feel quite enclosed. Our experience was further marred by disruptive construction on the third floor, with constant noise and workers moving around. The hotel failed to inform guests about these works beforehand, which was inconsiderate. We also encountered a problem with our room's door lock, raising security concerns.

Good location. Parking available next to the hotel. Large room for a family. Clean facility. No hot water - could not take shower for 2 days. Despite mentioning this to the staff several times the problem was not fixed. Breakfast was very basic and not tasty.

The patio is very pretty and the beds were comfy. There were no amenities (Shampoo, water, tissues, etc). The water from the shower spilled everywhere in the bathroom, the courts in was too short and there was no mat. The bedroom was on a third floor and there was nobody to help take the bags up. The beds were great, but not as pictured and there was only one pillow on each.

Breakfast was good portion. Room was OK. Hot water was good. Location good. Breakfast. Slow service. Room some issues with sockets that didn't take care. WiFi was not available at the rooms. Such an inconvenient.

The best place to stay in Guanajuato None

The included breakfast was amazing. Warm bread with butter and jam is immediately served at your table. You can then choose from a variety of very good serving size dishes such as eggs, chilaquiles, pancakes etc. Orange juice or fruit and coffee included too. The hotel has its own private parking lot and is 24hr video surveyed. Check out at 1:00 p.m.! The inside of the hotel reminds of a small colonial square, and the rooms have all basic requirements, they are quite simple tho. We asked for additional bed blankets and a hair dryer and the staff provided immediately. It is all good and according to the price.
