Pleasant manager, good beds, decent breakfast. Nowhere near the old town, (my bad, should have done more research) down a scruffy street, TINY “patio” off our room was unusable, and had only one chair. The place looks nothing like the pics. Manager kindly made bikes available for free but they were in terrible shape and the gears kept slipping. All in all, a disappointing stay.

Our host provided breakfast and it was substantial. Their was no air conditioning and The fan in our room was not really sufficient due to the abnormal hot weather Italy was experiencing.

The owner was very polite and willing to help with any questions I had. Everything was very clean and comfy. The plug sockets were outdated so the EU adaptors I had brought didn't fit and I had to find a socket in the kitchen to charge my phone.

Was very clean and tidy and had everything you needed.The bed was very comfortable. The host was very lovely and the breakfast was great! We stayed one night. We enjoyed having a wine on the cover deck out in the front as well as we had a balcony but never used it. Unbeatable value for money.!! 25 minute walk up into Old Town about a 20 minute walk to the beach. The shower was too small and didn't drain well. Everything else was perfect.

Very comfortable room with french doors out to shared garden. Staff were very friendly & check in was straightforward. Grottammare was a delightful surprise, well worth the walk up to the old town

Nice little B&B with very clean and comfortable room, plus nice en-suite bathroom. Quiet area and not too far to the beach. A very pleasant place to sleep. Very good value for a resort town in summer. A bit of a hike to the hilltop old town and railway station. Breakfast was a little limited. No serious reservations though.

Very cozy and quiet place in a gorgeous town. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, close to the supermarkets snd restaurants. Delicious breakfast. Our family had a great time there!!!
