Anna and her helpers are the sweetest most helpful and friendly. I totally recommend this B&B. I will definitely book there when I visit Italy again. The Internet was poor sometimes but they fixed it

The room was clean. Breakfast also was good enough. There are a lot of stores near the place. Also owner was polite. My card isn't work and I have oblige to pay it by cash. The owner wait me 2 days to pay cash.

Anna is a friendly, helpful host who went out of her way to make us feel at home and included home made baked goods for breakfast. The room was tastefully decorated and breakfast was served in an adjacent charming room which also had a lovely covered veranda. Anna was kind enough to make a dinner reservation at a local restaurant and direct us to a local market for fresh fruit on the afternoon we arrived, as well as accommodating our check-in/check-out timeline. The old town of Grottammare is a beautiful place to explore without tourist crowds when we were there in late September. The boardwalk by the sea is equally nice for a pleasant walk. Our room, facing on the street, had some noise from a busy street a couple blocks away. The other room may have been quieter. But this wasn't a significant issue. We're just spoiled by living in a place with complete silence at night!

perfect last minute choice. Room was clean and tidy. literally a hotel to be chosen for summer vacation. You can have a peaceful breakfast in its lovely garden to take beautiful pics. everything was very clean and tidy. we were happy to stay here -

The original decor, the homeliness, the room was fantastic, the breakfast, it was spotlessly clean - Everything really. I would absolutely recommend this gem of a place to anyone. Simply wonderful.
