The location at Curtin University, the excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff, large room with balcony. Located very close to public transport and terrific restaurants. The pillows.

Loved the location, breakfast is lovely with good choices, and the room was comfy and the reception staff very friendly and accommodating. The daily room service was inconsistent. On arrival I had a tissue box that had 1 tissue sticking out the top which didnt get replaced for a couple of days. One day the coffee didnt get replaced, the next day the cups weren't washed. I felt that the service standard depended on who was cleaning the room rather than having a standardised check list to follow for consistency. The same inconsistencies were evident at the breakfast service. So.e staff were exceptional, others barely coping to keep up.

I had a lot of computer work to do - lighting, heating, the big desk and spacious room, extra green tea and peppermint tea made a very busy weekend doable. I enjoy staying at this hotel. Everything was great. Couldn't fault.
