We loved the view at night from the 8th floor, the staff were exceptional and everything was kept clean and tidy. The food and coffee were great. A wonderful location and aspect. The Ciao Italian restaurant down the road was exceptional. Under cover parking was very much appreciated However there was a large pillar in the middle of the window which was odd, the bathroom shower leaked and seemed like a bad handyman was employed to try and seal it. The furniture and Bathroom were tired and were in need of a refresh.

Nice view, comforable bed with easy access and restaurant has nice food and a small bar with cooked breakfasts available with room service. The elevators have the buttons located so a wheelchair user has simple access, which is very rare, thank you, folks. No smoking on balconey and the smoking area is uncovered so walk in the rain with the posability to slip over and get annoyed by the meth muppets.

They let us check in early and check out late. Good price Free parking Nice view of city Nothing.

I had no complaints

Great location, good value for money, comfortable bed, room was very clean Walking distance to the river and excellent view of the city and river from the balcony On one of the nights in the main area at street level that car park was full and the underground overflow car park was unsuitable height clearance for my 4wd but not a game changer

Wasn't able to get an evening meal at 8:50pm and was told the kitchen had closed, even though it was advertised to be open until 9pm.

The rooms were a fixer upper...so many band-aid fixes...

Personnel / hotel staff

Staff member reversed into my luggage when I was in the car park. He then claimed to not have noticed. Didn't apologise whatsoever or claim any wrongdoing.

I stayed at this accommodation twice and both times even though they had the facilities they couldn't serve cocktails or coffee because the staff was off sick both times.You would think an establishment like that you would train more people as baristas and barman to provide those services. Apparently there is just one person that can provide theses services.

Always a pleasure staying here. Great location and always incredibly friendly service from start to finish. The housekeepers are all very amazing too.

extractor fan in bathroom usless once you flush the toilet even if it only has urine in it the bathroom smells of sewage

Good location for the places we needed to visit during our trip. Ample parking spaces available. Reception team were attentive and polite. Enjoyed the lovely ambience in the cafe/restaurant area. Our room door was a littel jammed up and difficult to close (Room 14). Would have loved more power points by the bedside.

Food was good. Cleaning staff great. Bar man was good! Bed was meant to be King Bed but it was 2 singles with a gap in the middle and nearly fell between the 2 as wheels were not locked. Other Customers were smoking Marijuana and the stench came in my room..Not good as alot of customers are fifo and would get drug tested and could lose their job! Health & Safety big Red Flag. I complained 3 times and they said they would investigate next morning same thing happened. Female receptionist was unpleasant blokes were great.

Location was decent. The property is very dated and bare bones. Rooms were decently clean but very old and nothing attractive about them at all. Not accurately portrayed.

The under ground carparks were dangerously narrow

The view was fabulous. Great value Had a fantastic stay. Everything was great, accomodation, parking, customer service - spot on!
