The Continental breakfast is better than most 2 star properties with fresh fruit and Activa yogurt being highlights for me. My only caveat is I asked for Maid service on Wednesday morning but when I returned Wednesday afternoon my bed sheets had not been replaced. My towels were replaced each day which is not the case with most 2-star properties.

They really did a great job bringing this property up to a standard worthy of staying comfortably, safely and cleanly. The hotel has been undergoing a renovation for a few years and the recent updates to their breakfast area, at the expense of a couple of their own revenue generating rooms, proves their dedication to guest comfort and experience. Well done to this franchise owner! Lack of sink soap due to wall mounted shower dispensers.

Location is right off the highway. Specifically off the exit I had to take and it was less than 20 min from the clinic facility. After hours of clinic time it was nice to come to a clean quiet comfortable room to destress. It would have been nice to have a small microwave but the refrigerator was good.

Must stay here has been amazing they keep it clean and they allow my service animal to be in my room with me and that is a blessing you won't find another hotel like that it's very clean and they're very respectful here I appreciate the front desk the cleaners of the room and maintenance they had to come and change my phone out they came right away and swiftly did their job and was on their way and my phone was fixed I appreciate they have someone to do that on call it helps tremendously to be able to use my room phone I appreciate the establishment and all of the people that are employed there it's all been amazing and I will continue to stay at microtel in Georgetown Kentucky

The manager is a DISASTER. There is a blond woman that rocks, an Indian guy that rocks but the manager is lazy, dismissive and completely unhelpful. terrible service from him
