It was right off the interstate and close to places to eat. The pool ceiling was leaking, not a small leak, the length of the entire ceiling. The hot tub did not have the actual jet modulators so the holes for the jets were creating huge waves, so the only way to fix was to turn jets off. It was a depressing pool area and made me feel dirty and like I was not safe where I was. The bathtub had someone else’s hair, dirt, and specks of dried soap or shampoo that was not green like what was in the dispenser. There was black and red mold growing and it looked like caulk was used to cover it. There was a huge crack in the shower wall that was filled in with caulk. The shower curtain was missing the snap insert. It was nasty, I felt like I didn’t have the same “rights” as someone who booked directly, I had already paid through Booking, or else I would have left. I feel like the reviews I quickly read while I was stopped at a gas station MUST have been AI. There is no way that place should have such good ratings. I just wanted to be able to stop at my halfway point, and let my granddaughters go swimming, they are 7 and didn’t want to go in the pool. I was just watching them in the hot tub staring at everything, not the standard they are accustomed to.

It’s clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooms very comfortable. Pool and hot tub clean and enjoyable. Someone in room beside us had a dog that barked at everything all day and night.

The breakfast was good. It had the usual variety of breakfast items. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was a little damp. I am not sure if that was from the high heat and humidity recently or not. It wasn't a bad one night stay. The hotel when I stayed was quiet.

It was perfect for our family trip. Hotel staff and even guests were super family friendly. Breakfast was awesome with a good selection, from pastries and fresh fruit, to hot biscuits and gravy and waffles. Rooms were very cozy and comfortable with clean sheets and blankets. Perfect location as well with some restaurants very close by. Pool was heated at a perfect swimming temperature. Might not have been the most luxurious hotel as it is a bit older, but definitely great value and more and definitely a comfortable stay. Highly recomend it.

Breakfast was mediocre ok but not the best I’ve had at a hotel Room wasn’t ready when we got there after 3 pm. Had to wait for them to clean it.

Check in was quick. Rooms were clean. The hot tub was wonderful.
