There is nothing attractive around the hotel vicinity. No restaurants whatsoever. Minimal amenities. No fridge in the room. Shower space is small.

The parking space might look small but they can always allocate a parking spot for you anytime. Good staff. There's a water dispenser in all levels, easy for you to get hot and cold water. The bathroom was too small. Very small like airport's toilet. Same goes with the size of the room. The bed was not that soft, as well as the pillow. They didn't do the housekeeping, didn't change the towels nor the toilet's mat. You have to iron your clothes outside. No hair dryer. The lobby was hot as well, no aircond because of the concept.

Friendly staff. Cozy room. Free drinking water provided. Vending machine at the lobby. Overall a tidy and neat hotel. Somewhat tricky to move around in the washroom due to its layout.

Location and Parking available on site. But somehow if you return late, you need skill to park properly in the compound. The toilet is too small event for one person. The room is very humid and needs to switch to dry mode for a few hours to clear the humid in the air.

Rooms are quiet and cool. Good value for money overall. Room was quite small - but again, fine for the price.

Strategic location very easy to go everywhere with car, highly recommend if you’re just going for 3days budget friendly trip just go around penang to eat eat eat Limited parking hard to park or navigate when full parking need to revert out and straight into main road abit dangerous

The staff were very chatty and helpful, gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Rahimi in particular was very kind. The WiFi in our room (think it was 404) was atrocious, the lobby was fine as you can see in the pictures the difference in speed. The shower pressure was a little slow too and unfortunately when we stayed was Ramadan so had the local mosque calling for prayer at 5:30 which could be heard clearly in our room. There was no fridge in the room but there was cold filtered water by the lift to use every day. The location is also not particularly close to anything, had to get a taxi everyday or walk minimum 15/20 minutes. We got “upgraded” to a king room but this entailed two singles beds pushed together when we asked for a double bed and they weren’t massively comfy. So would have preferred to stay in our original queen room.
