The shower and the AC. Nothing

The water running sound is high in the washroom. And the room is not really soundproof as still can heard the people is talking and walking outside while the door is closing

One of the front office Indian lady staff was extremely unfriendly, she practically refused and turned down all your requests like additional keys and pillows.

Comfortable room but can see signs of wear and tear. Bathroom was a bit moldy and rundown but overall it was good and convenient to use. Strong working ac and in a good location.

2. Room was spacious 1. The room looks too old and smells like some bad odour 2. The worst is the aircond not functioning well in the room I stayed in.. functions like a blower fan only. Was sweating. My daughter found it difficult to sleep 3. Water heater (centralized) but hot water was not consistent .. sometime hot..but most of the time cold .

The bathroom was a bit old, and the sink was leaking, which spilled lots of water on the floor. I asked the staff to fix it, and the service was super quick.

the hotel needs some refurbishment and upkeep but otherwise it is a great hotel to stay in...food, shopping, Hin Bus depot events are so closeby.

Really liked the location. Just a few meters from some excellent restaurants. Within 10-15 mins walking distance to just about every type of local cuisine. Rooms are well-equipped with AC, desks, and clothing storage. Adjacent to a restaurant with great coffee and breakfast.

Being able to leave my luggage at the hotel. Location is great, really easy to anywhere you want from here. Bed was comfy, everything was clean! Room was very spaceous, lobby has a variety of snacks and ability to prepare instant noodles. Hotel provided bottles water every day Just FYI (wasn't an issue for me) my room's window was someone else's backyard ? Wi-Fi was around 10 Mbps and hang quite a bit.
