Amazing location in the heart of Georgetown. Free washer/dryer, earplugs, and filtered appreciated. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning.

Good location Comfortable bed Bedrooms had all you needed Lots of not great smells throughout. The entrance smells of cigarettes and drain smell. The corridors smell of cigarette smoke and bad breath. The bathrooms could do with more frequent cleans. Lots of people wet the toilet cubicles to the point of it being soaked all over. I did find some black hair on my floor that wasn’t mine as I’m blonde.

the room was bright, comfortable and had a nice view overlooking the roofs of the neighboring buildings. the shared bathrooms are clean and spacious. the location is great. markets and street found is around the corner and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Most important: The staff is super friendly and helpful

The staff were very friendly and flexible, also helping us in a very difficult situation were a lot of the people in our group staying at the hotel having to rest up because they got sick during the trip. They were very flexible and helped a lot, even giving us a discount for one of the rooms to help us out and accomodate one of the sick in a separate room. The rooms and facilities were very clean and modern, where it was very comfortable to stay. The sick people could recover faster, and it felt like a blessing that we picked this place to stay at. The shower rooms and bathrooms were a bit dirty, and sometimes we had to wait for the staff to come to the desk because they were occupied and chatting with another friend (non-worker) at the back of the hotel.

It was very clean and the room looks so nice, comfy bed and facilities. I like the bags that they provide so you can bring your things in the bathroom, convenient. I had an punctual problem, on my second day the light in one of the bathrooms wasn't working, later they shut the power and started to fix it and we had no water in the sinks and toilets, so I went to another floor and took a shower.

Hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to everywhere, 7/11 3 mins away, public bus stops literally outside. Rooms are really nicely done, bed is comfy, furnishing are great, towel clean so all in all pretty good. My room was facing the street and as mentioned in other reviews, the street the hotel is on, is a party street and there are a few bars/clubs very close by so if you are a sensitive sleeper you won't be able to sleep well - you can literally feel the bass while in your bed. Also soundproofing (at least in my room) is poor, you can hear the noise on the street, car/buses/motorbikes passing by, windows are single glaze and walls seem like made of MDF or similar material. That aside the place is really well located and nice :)

The staff were very kind and the location is great The noise was awful from the bars nearby. Unless you are going to Georgetown for party, I would not recommend as you will be kept awake between 12-3am by the loud music. The shared bathrooms for males and females are not very separate at all and also didn't feel very clean. My room was not cleaned at all in the 3 nights I stayed despite me putting the sign on my door.
