Everything was so beautiful. Very clean. Great restaurant and pool. And the staff at both front desk and restaurant was wonderful. Alittle pricey but well worth it.

This should be considered a 5 star hotel. Great location, great staff, roof top bar and lounge. Live music on the weekends. Food was excellent. Nothing not to like here!

This is our third time to stay here. It is always clean. Staff is professional and courteous, and is located in a great part of Gatlinburg.

I really love that. It's right downtown all the main stuff that you want to do right downtown. It's walkable from the hotel. The rooftop bar is amazing. Has great sights place is beautiful as of everywhere in Gatlinburg though. Watch out for black bears but the staff is amazing. The hotel was amazingly clean. The beds were really comfortable. I had a great stay even though it rained a couple of days that we were there. I didn't mind being trapped in that hotel.

Amazing place to stay , love the location five minutes from all the restaurants. The hotel was very clean from the bathroom to the bedroom.

The property is stunning and the room's are very clean and spacious and the beds are so comfortable. You can hear people talking in the hallways and/or next room, but it wasn't a nosey hotel at all. The location was amazing. We absolutely loved it.

We only stayed one night at this hotel, but we would definitely come back! The entire property is relatively new and well decorated. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant.
