✅️Good - Great location for the price. ❌️Bad - There was always trash outside the trash cans in the outdoor corridors. ❌️Bad - No curtain or shower door; consequently, water all over the floor.

The view was out of this world Shower needs the liner lower so no water gets on the floor and makes it slippery And there was mold spots on it.

It's a nice location Shower leaked water all over the floor, refrigerator barley worked. Ceiling was peeling and looked like it has mold on it.

I liked the stay

Started off with a couple of problems but the staff handled the situations quickly and extremely professional. After that the stay was excellent

Some of the staff were not very helpful and body language implied annoyance at being bothered to hand over coffee for the room. Ice makers were supposed to be on 2nd and 3rd floor but ended up on 1st and 2nd. The one on the 2nd did not work and when I told the front desk they said it did. So when I walked up to the one on 1st floor, i tried the one on the 2nd figuring they may have fixed it but nope, it did not work. seemingly others my partner talked to had similar less than successful necessary encounters with the front desk.

The rooms were dirty and the staff member initially was unfriendly and not helpful. We tried to extend our stay one night during our check in and she told us that we couldn’t and we would have to check out at 11 and then rebook and come back at 4 to checkin again.

The location was great. We were able to walk to go eat and shop with out having to pay for additional parking. The lobby is huge and beautiful. We had plenty of linens. I have no complaints..

Dirtiest room i have ever stayed in. It had a serious mold problem. I requested a new room and it was equally as gross so I kept the origional room 206. Stains on everything. Everything was damp and had mold growing on it. The tv was broken. I chose not to eat the free breakfast because I assume their kitchen is probably even worse since you cant see it. I went to Walmart and bought mildew disinfectant. I left the room cleaner than I found it. Never been more glad to check out before

Nothing Black mold all over ceiling and in the bathroom, really bad smell. The rooms look NOTHING like the pictures online. We ended up not staying here and got a refund

It was very close to Anakeesta and very close to downtown everything is in walking distance which was excellent! Watch for bears seen 2 on the property but they are in town as well not just here. Nothing anyone can do about that The room smelled musty moldy lots of mold in the bathroom the towels that was in the room even smelled like musty mold. Only complaint

When we first got to our room, we noticed the toilet wasn't working. We called front desk and told them about the issue. The lady seemed annoyed like it was our fault. She told us to come back to get a key card for a new room. We walked back in the lobby and she slams the key card on the desk. Doesn't apologize for the inconvenience at all! We noticed in our new room we didn't have a shower curtain. The next morning we took a shower and of course the whole bathroom flooded. We went to front desk and told them what had happened and asked for a shower curtain. He said that he would let cleaning maintenance know and have them mop it up. We said we would be out for the day, so that's no problem at all for them to do that while we're gone. A few hours later when we got back, we noticed that nothing had been done. We went to the front desk and expressed our frustration. The lady at the desk said that they didn't do anything about our bathroom because they didn't want to go into our room without us being there, even though we gave them permission! Again, no apologies from their end! They finally installed the shower curtain later that day, but did not clean up the floor like they said they would! We had towels down but the towels could only hold so much! We took another shower, and the bathroom flooded again because the curtain did not cover the whole shower. I called corporate. Front desk was so helpless and didn't take accountability for their actions! Horrible customer service!

very clean and comfortable

Location and staff were good...the breakfast had a decent selection. It needed better cleaning inside and out and maintenance. Also someone had left human waste in the pool and it was reported but was still there the next day

The check in receptionist was very rude and when we finally got to our room there was no shower curtain and the room was COVERED in mold and bugs. It was humid and damp in the whole room. I'm very surprised they haven't been shut down by the health department.
