No microwave, no fridge. Our first room smelled like weed so we had to get moved to another room. It smelled like overpowering Lysol or Pine Sol but that was better than weed. We left the door open for a while to air it out and that helped. The pillows were lumpy and not comfortable. We will not be staying here again.

No fridge in rooms Floor was nasty left feet or socks black

Room was clen mostly. Nice furniture. No lamps. few receptacles, with none near the bed. So don't plan to charge your phone on your nightstand unless you have a power bank. I was there for 9 days. They chnaged towels after a week. There is no coffee maker, microwave, or cooler in the room. There is a coffee machine at the check in desk, but it wasn't accessible until after 7 am. That was tough because I left for work befre 7am. The location is convenient, and the price is great compared to other locations, so the lack of amenities gets you the cheaper price. Just know that. I would stay again if I wanted a cheaper place to stay than most others.

Ac had mysterious black stuff flying out of it all night making one bed unusable as that stuff was flying onto it. Bathroom was great super clean but floors were sticky and bedding had mysterious stains and smelled as if they just sprayed some fabric spray scent on it and didn’t actually wash it.

I stayed a night before going on a cruise. I normally do not go to a motel because I like nicer amenities and enjoy breakfast. This place does not have breakfast and most places you have to drive to get to in Galveston. The prices are high in Galveston on the weekends during this time of year and this was the cheapest place. The main reason I stayed is because they offered free cruise parking for the duration of the time you are gone. That is a big benefit and I may come back again, in the future, because of this reason. Most hotels charge you to leave your vehicle there. As long as you stay one night you get the benefit. I liked the staff; however, I would come back to this place just for the free cruise parking benefit.

Worst hotel i ever stayed at. Shower was broke. Got locked out of my room as the card would not work, and the staff would not answer the door or the phone. So i couldn't get back in my room. Dump.

Very disappointed\. I paid extra for a room with a refrigerator and microwave, but the replacement room had neither\. It also had stains on the walls and a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling with exposed wires\. I was refused a refund for the price difference\.

The staff was friendly, but first thing we noticed is that they were behind a bulletproof glass to check in. When we got to check in/ our room was dirty, there was dried pee on the toilet seat. Stains in the sheets and some people were loitering outside the grounds. We thought we were staying by the seawall but ended up clear on the other side of Galveston.

Needs some good paint and a little face lift. But I’ve seen worse. Everything that was metal was rusted even in the rooms. Internet was a huge issue as well. No cell service in the room and the WiFi never worked once pretty frustrating especially with kids who wanted to play in iPads
