Booking of hotel was canceled by unknown reason

nothing was as expected DISAPPOINTING I DO NOT RECOMMEND Reservation made from March for June, in which the check-in date was wrong and could not be changed on the booking website. When the error was noticed, we called the number on the website and by phone we were told that it was ok and that it would be changed according to our request. In April, I personally went to the location to make sure that there were no misunderstandings for the June reservation and we were verbally reconfirmed that it was ok, we can rest assured that the reservation has been changed. A week before leaving for Frattamaggiore, we called again, just to be sure, and we were confirmed by phone again that there were no problems with the reservation and that he was waiting for us on the changed date. When we arrived at the accommodation, it was a surprise... we couldn't check in because the reservation hadn't been changed and we didn't show up the day before. We were not received even if we said that we were paying the previous day so that we wouldn't sleep outside that night! So we and about 10 other people who suffered the same thing that night remained under the open sky. Clearly they made reservations without coverage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I'M THINKING OF REPORTING TO THE AUTHORITIES. IT IS DISRESPECT FOR TOURISTS! DISAPPOINTING !!!!SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! LIARS AND EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF THOSE FROM Villa Mafalda B&B WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Liked · The rooms were very clean and there was secure parking in the back of the property. The rooms appeared to be close to newly renovated. I would have scored the property higher however there were major things that we really disliked (similar to other guest reviews) There was no one at reception when we arrived at 3pm. We waited for over 40 minutes. We even rang the bell. Nothing. The owners can simply leave the keys in a security box with an access code. This was really annoying. Breakfast was very limited and times were limited as well. They could easily leave breakfast bags for guests of croissants, fruit, yoghurts, cereals etc. and allow guests to make coffee / tea. That way if you want breakfast at 7am it is there for you or you can eat it at 9am. The owners were helpful when they were there. I would only stay here again if they fixed both of those problems. The owner was very helpful, we had a huge delay in our flight arrival, and arrived early morning after midnight, the owner still greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome. The rooms are clean, the bathroom very spacious. Anything you want, the owner would help you out. Breakfast was so good, fresh croissants and sfogliatelle, the best we’ve had! Also the private parking is very convenient if you have a car. thank you nothing

The staff were amazing. The room was clean and cozy. Really enjoyed my stay here. It's a little far from the station. About a 20 minute walk.
