Reception good and friendly and did provide a bottle of water and directions to a restaurant but not visited. Some of the headings of facilities was not accurate. Room service - really ? No. Toiletries - if two small pieces of soap then yes. Towels - so over used they had holes in them - threadbare. Water - not in the room. Food - none and other drinks - non unless you access the vending machine - only takes coins. No coins no snacks. Location - if one night for work guess ok. Not for holidays. Places to eat - yes but looking at the area - not walk to in the dark unless in a group as questionable.

The staff was amazing !!! I thought there where no good people like these left. The big guy in the reception closed the hotel and took us with his own car to the train station so that we won't have to walk or take an expensive taxi (10 minutes drive +-), all free of charge ! The room was very clean and looked new and modern The breakfast was a bit light, mainly coffee and pastries

We liked leaving. Airport transfer is a rip off, it is advertised on booking.com as free, we were held to ransom for €80 for a 20 kilometre trip. We ended up paying €170.50 (including cold pizza) in total so you pay top price for a dive. The hotel is in the back end of nowhere and doesn’t look in reality as it is advertised. We tried to communicate, each using Google translate how expensive the transfer was, having looked and stayed in other hotels with good facilities that the bathroom wasn’t accessible, it was too small, no handles to hold on to, small shower cubicle rather than wet room style with the absence of hot water. That it was not fit for our purpose. We were dropped back at the airport with no help whatsoever from the driver to get the luggage or wheelchair from the boot. I cannot recommend this hotel, its lower than 3* and you would get better accommodation for a similar price elsewhere in Naples.
