Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek

Didn't use it The location of elevator from front Walk too far especially for elderly and lack of trolley to move luggage .

I like the newly renovated rooms really nice. I have one complaint the water in the shower always wet the floors.

My room was clean. Entering the building itself felt like luxury because of the atmosphere including the scent and the smell of cleaning products that made you feel safe right away. The staff was attentive at the front desk and responsive. The room itself was clean and spacious. My room overlooked the swimming pool the hot tub was out of service so my stars were reduced for that reason for amenities. Also my stars were reduced due to the bar having limited hours for serving food and drinks they closed every night at 10 PM and I’m a late nighter so. Also the plated breakfast was excellent. There was a buffet offer but I don’t know much about it. Overall I would book a room here with no hesitation.

I liked everything,but what was so special to Was that you had to have a room key to go into the the living quarters of the guests from the elevator on.

Beautiful old hotel, super large rooms, love the way they have 2 separate rooms & tv’s one with a kitchenette, tv, table and the other with bed & tv. The pullout couch mattress was horrible, you need to put mattress pads on then.

Hotel is very nice, clean, and beautiful. Everyone was professional and polite. I had a wonderful time

Nicely renovated rooms.

Could be a beautiful place but it’s so dilapidated. It’s also gross in the rooms, paint chipping and dirty door jams /floors.

Traveled with my large family. The accommodations were spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Location was perfect for our needs.
