Extended Stay America Suites Ft Lauderdale Cyp Crk NW 6th Wy

I will never stay at this property EVER AGAIN I was woken up out my sleep two days back to back because other guess decide it was it was okay to have a screaming match with I assume is there partner. The WiFi didn’t work The Who time I was there and what made it even worse was my car was vandalized and know I’m out over 7000 grand just to get it fixed and management was very dismissive. And don’t let me get stared about how there is no camera that work people are constantly hanging around the property all hours of day and night . Im pretty sure the man down the hall sold drugs because people just kept coming to his door. I swear to God you couldn’t pay me to ever go back to that place!! My car was vandalized and the manager and regional manger was very dismissive about the incident.

The young lady was nice and polit

I loved the room ! It’s huge , full kitchen with so much space , the bathroom is big and super clean. I loved everything about it fr Pool was not clean and it’s not a breakfast just muffins, oatmeal and coffee

Easy access to train . The room smell of smoke and no garbage cans .

The pool was closed. Not entirely sure why since I didnt ask. This extended stay is great. All the front desk staff with supervisor Mrs. Lovely and the GM Ciara have been bery professional and courteous. I have been staying here for 2 weeks I think now. They are very understanding and will help in a way that is fair.

They gave our room away. We had nowhere to stay even with me calling and saying we would be late.

That's not a real breakfast I know you can do better than that

Need to spray rooms and have better security.

Everything was ok, the lady at front desk was nice

I couldn’t use the pool at this hotel. two men were using narcotics by the pool for HOURSSSSSS, until they fail asleep, this hotel is not in a bad area, it’s the residents! a complete waste of money, I had to book another hotel with my own personal money., the lobby, stayed filled with people who were under the influence ,I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, EVERRRRRRR!

Very well located, but will not stay again. Room is very big, spacious but it not as clean. No trashcan, no batteries in the remote, towels could be updated.

No plate. No fork, they gave me a room in front of elevator. Parking lot was empty, was sunday night, iam sure they had better room, i mean people made noise, woke me up 2 times. Poor management

I want a refund never staying here ever again

I lived the 3floor

The air conditioner shut off through the night, making the room hot. The elevator was very dirty.

This was an okay place to stay for a night as we transitioned from a late night stay to our final destination.

Gym didn’t have any weightlifting equipment. But a solid value in a good location.

Terrible experience

Nice big room, easy to get to, and front desk staff was nice.
