The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The roof in our room was amazing to look at, it was old wooden rafters and beams. Great location! The breakfast was all prepackaged items, nothing fresh. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Also, those stairs... I was warned about it being on the 3rd floor but not prepared.

The location is great. The host also prepared plenty of snacks and drinks. The room is also clean.

Clean and friendly Stairs and our room had a window that wouldn’t close so we had mosquitoes in our room all night! Annoying!!

The property is very cute and clean. The host is very friendly and giving helpful tips to visit Florence and Pisa. We are extremely please with our stay

Loved the location, very central in the city. The B&B is very homey. We enjoyed sitting in the living area and up on the roof Not surprising, the stairs. If we come back to Florence we’ll pay someone to carry luggage

Top story view of several towers and a wonderful bath in the cutest bathroom.

We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. It was only really an issue when we checked in and were carrying our bags up.

The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment was charming and had wonderful character. The WiFi didn’t work in the apartment and the pillows were very thin.

Amazing place Super clean Beds super comfortable AC worked 24/7 so at arrival to the apartment you feel the comfort of cold temperature immediately. Breakfast good for kids: yogurt, crostini, juice. Nothing It was an excellent experience

All was perfect, They did their best to make us feel at home. I didn't realize when booked my stay, that during beakfast, we had to share the table. It is a small detail. The rest was perfect.

Excellent breakfast and perfect location. No parking, but not difficult to find a prking nearby. However, it's important to be aware of ZTL one and how it works. The position of the AC in the room was not ideal, it would blow directly to one bed and the temperature was not even in the room. But it was not big issue for us.
