Very good

We loved our stay here! The kitchen area with the coffee machine was amazing, and then staff was sooo kind. Not to mention, the building was gorgeous, and incredibly historic, which is exactly what we like! We had a great time! Nothing I would change!

Poor

Huge room with shared bathroom in a 17th century building. Friendly staff. Due to the heatwave, very hot and humid in room, no AC, small fans didn’t work well making it very difficult to sleep.

Great location for sight seeing, the room we had was large with a very stylish bathroom, staff were friendly and efficient, it was like staying in a castle A minor issue for the heatwave this year was the air con could have been a small bit colder, also no lift upstairs which some people might not like

Good location, easy to get anywhere around the main attractions. Good management and staff. The room does not have an AC, therefore it's difficult to fall asleep. The air ventilation of the room was not sufficient, after a while the room gets stuffy and hard to breathe.

Disappointing

Beautiful house, sparkling clean, and packed with thoughtful amenities. The location made exploring all the famous sights a breeze. Will definitely be returning on my next trip! Our is a non air-conditioning room, if you are heat sensitive, you may need to avoid it during Summer. To be fair, it matched the description on the website, it's just me overlooked.

Friendly manager gave us great tips about local area. The room was very spacious and decorated beautifully and had common areas to meet up with other travellers. We were given clear instructions about our arrival and we were offered bag storage on our final day. Unfortunately no air conditioning. We had fans instead. The hotel is walkable from the train station, but difficult with large bags. Buses were small and we couldn’t fit in after buying tickets.

Cute little room in very old building full of stories. Bathrooms were spacious with gorgeous tiles and clean. Location was superb. Only downside was that it was super hot and our room had no air con - which epild be absolutely fine in weather less than 30 degrees (an oversight by me). Staff gave us extra fans so we managed. Overall all good.

Vincenzo was absolutely amazing, he gave us such great recommendations when we checked in and was so kind. The location was unbeatable. Without an AC it was a little uncomfortable during the heatwave, but with a fan it was completely doable, so Much better than we anticipated

Location and friendliness of the staff The toilets were outside of the rooms and unfortunately the property had problems with water during our stay, which really was unpleasant considering the extremely high temperature.

The room was a generous size.for the four of us and the location excellent. Close to everything. It was viciously hot when we visited. We were very grateful that each bed had a fan. I understand most places in Florence dont have aircon and I don't love aircon but if Florence continues to be this hot or even hotter it will become a necessity unfortunately.

Quiet, clean, and huge room along with friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect for walking around the city. With shared bathrooms, naturally sometimes there was a wait to get in.
