Location V small room, aging bathroom Difficult to get into shower

The only thing I would complain about is the smell in the lobby… not sure what it was, but smelt like wet carpet?

The lobby had a bad smell. The “artwork” was terrible. The hotel lobby/breakfast area could be upgraded and look so much better and inviting.

Fabulous location and very friendly attentive staff. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nowhere to put my toiletries in the bathroom.

Great location, close to city center and river Bed sheet was dirty between cover and sheet. Appeared to have dirt and sand like it didn’t get changed.

Beautiful views from the roof, excellent location next to ponte vecchio yet a very quiet street. The bed was so incredible comfortable and the staff was so helpful. Nothing. The restaurant was closed, but I’m not even complaining.

Staff gave good recommendations on where to go to buy leather stuff and free entrance to Museo Ferragamo!

It’s a beautiful property with a roof top bar. The location is perfect!! Easily walked everywhere.

Beautiful room. Wonderful staff. Elegant, convenient property that felt warm and welcoming. Would definitely reccoment. I can't think of anything I would change.

Location, location, location! It couldn’t have been situated in a better spot and yet still incredibly quiet. The hotel is staffed with welcoming and friendly people. Especially Mike who was always ready with a smile, an umbrella and solicited advice/recommendations. The rooms are immaculate and feel luxurious. The rooftop bar was lovely with a beautiful view. There will be no other place for me in Florence. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Slight criticism but it goes a long way for a bartender to be friendly and welcoming, especially with kids. We’re in the most beautiful wine country in the world. Not a great experience at the bar.

Beautiful property, nice rooms and the staff was amazing. There was an issue with our 5am pre scheduled pickup to the airport and the person at the front desk, I wish I had written his name down, tried to contact the company we booked through and when he couldn’t get a hold of anyone, quickly got us taxis. We also asked for a bottle of sparkling wine late the prior night and it was quickly set up for us in the library. We just had the most amazing experience. Nothing

Everything! The room was clean and beautiful, the daily breakfast amazing, the staff took care of all of our requests and went above and beyond. The beds were the most comfortable of our trip. Best location! Super convenient to everything, and on a quiet street. Great rooftop deck with views! There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location could not be better! The room was lovely, the staff was so courteous and helpful, the breakfast was great, beautiful rooftop bar, etc., etc., etc.! This was my fifth visit to Florence and was my favorite place I have stayed! Loved the Feragammo touches! Nothing!

Staff friendly, location excellent, rooms comfortable and spacious Walls were a bit thin so noise travelled easily. Breakfast could have been better for example there was no fresh fruit to have with my yogurt on the first morning (there was however the following day) the croissants were not as fresh as they should be, not crispy on the outside but quite soft and soggy which was disappointing,
