NH Firenze

The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The location is very central, just a short walk away from the tram stop. The breakfast was not up to NH's usual standards. Hardly any fresh vegetables, cheese selection very poor, desserts were supermarket quality, one coffee machine was out of order, and the staff carry on bringing breakfast items around 7:30, long after people are done eating breakfast.

Parking not far away, but a bit steep…

Very spacious rooms by Italian standards, great soundproofing/blackout curtains, and the beds were comfortable which mattered a lot to us given a jet lag. Room service food was also not bad, and front desk staff were polite and patient. Great value for $$

Where the hotel is. It is next to the freeway. The hotel noise was a big negative. How far it is from any attraction is a big drawback. This is not close to the train station.

The room was excellent in all possible ways. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom and very spacious. Breakfast was very good as well. Everything was good, the only possible bad thing is that it is close enough to Florence attractions but there is a little bit of walk to them.

Lose to downtown The bed was too hard. Just a personal preference.

Dirty, moldy bathroom, dirty tub, hard bed, hot inside the unit unable to cool off, needed to open the balcony door to cool off, but it was extremely loud outside.

The off site parking was the best part Everything, hotel was a 2-3 star hotel at best. Old and bad business hotel style

Great

Room lighting was poor. Breakfast was good. I made a mistake in booking NH Firenze because I thought I was booking NH Collection located nearer the Duomo. But we quickly adjusted. Far from the duomo area.

Wonderful breakfast. Room very clean.peaceful location. A few steps from the city center. Anything.

The room size was great and it has been recently refurbished. It is a 3min walk to the tram, which is 2 stops away from the city centre and all the main tourist sites.

The facilities were great, and the rooms were spacious, very clean, and modern with nice interiors. The staff were friendly, and it was very convenient to have a porter help with the luggage. The location was also nice — just a 2-minute walk from the river, and about 5–7 minutes to the tram, which is only one stop from the main station. Getting around was easy. The parking fees were quite expensive ( 40 euro per day ) so we had to park farther away.

Small rooms, less breakfast option and needs better taste and quality

Large rooms, clean, big bathroom, helpful staff (took the time to draw on a map), large and comfy beds, pool was nice. Dinner and cocktails were good with a nice view. Surprised with champagne for our Honeymoon. GREAT SUNSET Barely a negative but a bit of a walk to main area, but that's not bad if you don't mind walking 15 mins or hiring bikes.

An absolutely wonderful hotel in every aspect — from the excellent location and outstanding services to the exceptional cleanliness and the highly professional staff. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and well-organized.
