The room was okay, the gave us a main level one that it was right in front of the cleaning room, the cleaning ladies were super loud at 8 am, laughing and throwing things in the room it was hard to go back to sleep, and then one of the cleaning ladies came to our room at 11 and told us that we had to leave now as we were late on checking out when they have a big sign in the reception that say that check out is at 12 and in the website it says 12 as well.

In an emergency, it definitely gave me the solace that I needed. However, the TV screen was partially broken so I just turned it off because I didn’t turn it on until 2 hours before check out to notice but there weren’t enough towels in the room either so I had to go and request more. But the staff was extremely polite and helpful and made my stay very pleasant despite the minor inconvenience

The room was clean and the breakfast was acceptable. However no sound insulation for rooms and charging 35$ for level 2 ev parking is absolutely insane.

I had called to cancel the room the same day I made the reservation. They assured me it was canceled. I even gave the manager a great review. It wasn’t even canceled

unfortunately the road construction made it hard to get to the motel. It would be helpful to have signage with the address and hotel name on the entrance.

We had a great stay! Staff was amazing and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was great except the “do not disturb” tag didn’t stay on the door. Breakfast was timely and great. Appreciate everyone there. I definitely would recommend.

Very nice clean room. Breakfast was very good. One road entry closed so a bit confusing the first time entering but easy after. Parking close and overall a nice place to stay

I would give it a 5 star review but while my stay was pleasant, housekeeping never attended to my room during my stay. I had to change my own sheets and towels and empty trash.
