This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in dozens of hotels. The air conditioner was leaking and the floor was wet. The smell of chemical was intolerable. There were holes across the walls and bathroom. This is the first extended stay hotel where you had to purchase dinnerware and silverware. The staff was nice but not useful. They couldn't give me another room because they overbooked. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

There is only 2 small towels per room. The area was nice and quiet, easy to locate.

The only thing I can say is everything was good and if there was any problem, it was a moving toilet seat,. I tried to tighten it

The gave my room away and had to transfer me to another hotel witch was horrible. The room was not cleaned, there was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom . The sink was clogged. It smelled like smoke

Most uncomfortable bed and pillows I have ever laid on. The room smelled so bad. The window was open when we arrived and it still smelled terrible. The room was literally falling apart. Every light shade to a lamp in the room was dangling, the plastic siding in the kitchenettes was hanging off by like 3 or 4 feet. We had to walk around it coming in the door. Super sticky floors all throughout. Not the best stay. I don't feel it was worth the money.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was not clean at all. There was grease on the ceiling and side of the fridge. Bathroom sink was nasty and not clean.

They made me do the leg work of contacting Expedia for a refund. Along with that I had to find a hotel at last minute. I wouldnt recommend going to a hotel that doesn’t properly maintain the rooms, Leaves the traveler stranded. They were not emphatic. Basically treated my situation as my problem. No ownership, no accountability.

The price was good Did not really feel safe, door was not locked at 11:30 PM. Carpet was very dirty. TV had a thick line going down the middle of the TV.

The entire place was filthy. I stayed one night and booked another hotel. It smelled bad and felt unsafe.

Everything was better than I was expecting. Grew up one mile North so it was nice to visit after 12 years

Management is terrible here. They’re stingy with towels, dish soap, the WiFi is HORRIBLE, the tvs only have about 40 channels and they all play the same movies in different channels. People loudly having intercorse. A host of other things as well
