Lake Erie Lodge

Room was clean and spacious. Super conveniently located. About 5 min from Presque Isle and 15 minutes from the bayfront.

Had to wait to check in. No one at desk and then they were waiting on a customer on the phone. You should always address the customer in the room first. There should be instructions on how to use the TV and a curtain in the bathroom window for privacy. Also would be nice to have 1 full length mirror in each room for guests. It wasn't bad these suggestions would elevate the experience

Bathrooms are clean and nice.

Very surprised with this hotel Lake Erie Lodge is in a great location close to the amusement park restaurants and other shops. Also, the rooms look like they’re nearly updated. Very nice bathroom. The chairs outside the doors are also a great touch. The other people staying sit out and talk if that’s something you like overall great stay

When you tell somebody that there is breakfast in the morning, it’s probably best that you wake up to get breakfast ready for your? I watched about 10 people try to get into the lobby for the breakfast that was promised to everyone.

I've been going to the Lake Erie Lodge for years and I will keep coming back. The staff is so nice and helpful.

We've been coming here for the past 5 years and absolutely love it. Its great for kids, there's a wonderful pool, the staff is amazing, rooms are always clean.

My only suggestion would be to add an outdoor hooks, or line to dry beach towels. There was no wear to hang the towels after swimming or coming from the beach. Hanging the bathing suits on the shower rod didn’t dry them. We had to hang our towels on the chair outside but was not enough room. That would be a great add on for the hotel. Everyone there seemed to have the same problem. Thank you for being so kind about switching rooms.

This place is total trash in the front desk staff is trash.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. Pool was well maintained.

Under beds and couches were not cleaned. Large clump of something behind the bed. Extension cord was taped up multiple times in different spot, definitely looked like a fire hazard. Hotel cleaning staff was dressed like bums and yelling throughout

Location to Presque Isle is good. Room was hot and took hours to cool down. Flies in the room were frustrating. Dislike when amenities are from other hotels.

I did consider leaving but I didn't know if I could get a refund. Bed was really comfortable.

Needs a deep clean underneath the surface like the walls could be wiped down but wasnt too dirty though. Chris the maintenance guy tried hitting on my wife which he needs fired from the place. The room was nice beds and comfy. The shower was nice and hot water instantly and clean towels. It was quiet at nights and the pool was amazing, they should put some pool toys for guest though just a thought. The parking was great, you can park right in front of your room. You can hangout right outside of room with the comfy adriondack chairs provided. It was a cool place to stay and would do it again, we stayed over the 4th of July weekend for 5 nights and no major problems.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean updated rooms, large bathrooms. Pool was cloudy and full of bugs and dirt.
