+ łazienka + dobra klimatyzacja + dobrze wyposażona siłownia + dobre sniadanie, jednak monotonne (caly tydzien to samo) + dobra kawa serwowana podczas śniadania + czysta woda w basenie + czepki basenowe wydawane bezpłatnie + ręczniki basenowe bez opłat + bardzo pomocny personel na front desk (Pani Santa jest bardzo pomocna) + cisza i spokój + restauracja z bardzo ładnym widokiem i smacznym jedzeniem, mila obsługa + personel bardzo pomocny w organizacji wycieczek np na Wezuwiusz + lodówka w pokoju z mini sekcja zamrażalnikowa + uzupełniane na bieżąco środki higieniczne w lazience + ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, codziennie room service + dobry internet, bezplatny - brak aneksu kuchennego, brak czegokolwiek umożliwiającego przygotowanie sobie posiłków, napicia sie wody (szklanki, sztućce, talerz) - pokoje potrzebujące odświeżenia, popękane ściany - sniadanie serwowane do 10 rano (w weekend do 10:30) a przychodząc kilka minut po 9 brak bylo miejsca dla wszystkich gosci w hotelu. - na sniadanie mozna bylo wybrac jogurt ale personel nigdy nie wystawil lyzeczek wsrod sztuccow (zawsze trzeba bylo podejsc i poprosic o lyzeczke) - hotel ma jak najbardziej mozliwosci by proponowac gosciom mozliwosc wykupienia obiadokolacji - w formie mini "szwedzki stol" jak podczas sniadania, wiec powinien to rozwazy. zwlaszcza ze do najblizszego sklepu jest spory kawalek drogi - brak przystanku autobusowego w poblizu hotelu, co utrudnia znacznie wyprawy z hotelu - informacja nt pobierania oplat za rezerwacje lezakow przy basenie nie jest podana na stronie (jako gość hotelowy ktory oplacil pobyt, miejsce powinno byc zagwarantowane. Dostep do basenu hotelowego jest umozliwiony rowniez dla mieszkancow okolicy, co sprawia ze zwlaszcza w weekend o miejsce moze byc trudno. W naszym przypadku w ciagu tygodnia nie bylo konieczne rezerwanie lezakow, niemniej jednak zawsze trzeba skonsultowac sie z obsluga basenu przed tym zanim zajmie sie dane miejsce/ wezmie wolny lezak) - koniecznosc uzywania czepkow w basenie - brak parasola na tarasie co sprawia ze nie jest mozliwe korzystanie z niego w srodku dnia - brak jakiekolwiek mozliwosci wysuszenia sobie recznika/ stroju kapielowego na tarasie (brak suszarki do bielizny, sznurkow). Miejsce na to jak najbardziej pozwala - hotel ( obszar zewnetrzny, sciany, sufity) wymagają odswiezenia/odmalowania - brak czegokolwiek do zabawy dla dzieci (np hustawka, drabinka, zjezdzalnia do basenu itp)

Staff were great. Hotel was okay for the price but the location meant we had to taxi everywhere so factor that in to your cost evaluation. Facilities were dated and food was good but a little pricey. Surrounding area was average. We went to a local restaurant which was good but there were limited option within walking distance. WIFI was spotty. It was great to have the pool, chairs and umbrellas. We were surprised by the need to wear swim caps but rolled with it. The beach was rocky and not suitable for swimming.

Everything was amazing, just the access to the sea is a bit for those who likes adventure as the beach is on the rock. Staff was super nice!

I would prefer a freshwater pool over a saltwater one. But the pool itself, despite the salt water, was amazing, good, pleasant and inviting.

Cozy hotel with perfect staff. Everyone is really committed and pleasant. View is really amazing there. Vesuvio at the back of hotel and see at the front. Hotel is a bit old, but clean and still good stay for families.

Expansive, modern, well kept property with beautiful waterfront site. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts and very good restaurant on premises. The distance from town and the train station means a taxi ride is required to both.

Super friendly staff, unbelievable good food! The views!! Parking inside property. Clean room, new bathrooms. The whole place was still in winter mode, understandable (I stayed in march) but was in the making. All facilities were great, but there was no Bar to sit before or after dinner.

The pool was awesome and gigantic. The pool staff were friendly and the view from our room and the pool, was of the ocean, which was spectacular and we got some good sunset views. The front desk staff were very friendly. We had a problem with our balcony door and they fixed it immediately. The staff at the restaurant were also very nice and offered great service. I did not feel great about the location. It seemed like it was not in the best part of town. However, we were not leaving the hotel for any reason, so staying at the hotel, felt very safe.

The property was very quiet and there is enough parking onsite. Breakfast wasn’t great after the morning rush, tables weren’t set anymore, not everything was restocked. In addition, the staff appeared rude in the sense that we walked into breakfast there was not sign or anything to name ur room number. So we just went with it out of nowhere someone yelled at me what the room number is. Same when I took my stuff to the car being on the phone, they passive aggressively made me aware of their existence at reception suggesting I would leave w/o checking out and paying. The vibe just wasn’t what I would expect in a 4 star hotel. In general it’s just not 4 stars the rooms are basic and show wear and tear. AC not cooling during the day.
