Super clean and lovely staff. Amazing balcony seaview from the room and breakfast. Great breakfast and staff. Of course not 5 star hotel but 5 star value for the money. Pillows were too big and hard for my taste.

We liked the host. Nice view from the terrace. 15 minutes walk from the train station Portici Ercolano The train to napoli is 2 times an hour and the ticket is 1.70 euro / person Not to many options to arrive to napoli besides train because the taxi was very expensive - arround 80 euro A liittle bit noisy becauce the door of the room was not so good. You could hear everyone’s steps and every whisper

The wifi was very good with a separate password for each apt. Lots of hot water, both in the shower & also in the kitchen tap for washing up. Breakfast was good with a varied selection. Very secure, 4 doors to go through to get into our apt. with 3 doors using a scan card. Fresh towels provided every day. Room cleaning was offered every day, we chose to just get the clean towels and do the cleaning ourselves. Hosts were friendly. The apart/hotel was more like a b&b with a breakfast room. I didn't see a reception. It was a very old building which never got the direct sunshine to our apt. so it was always dark. Cutlery was minimal, 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 spoons... for 2 people. No cleaning supplies, (I had to buy them). The oven never worked during our entire stay (kept tripping the electric), We did tell the owner each time, who got a repair man in. When we tried it again after the repair, it still tripped the electric. No kettle, I had to ask for one. No matches to light the gas hob. Owner did provide them when asked. I asked if we could have a late check out two days prior to us leaving and was told it would cost €70 extra. I had no option but to pay it as we had no where to go until our taxi picked us up for the airport. I thought it was very expensive!

Very nice view from tarrace. Personnel was helpful. In the room there was no garbage bin. Breakfast was tasty, but would be better if there was something hot available, not only cold cuts and sweets.

The room. The bed. Parkingspot. Good location, but not to visit Napoli by public transport due to bus- and trainschedule. Owners do only speak Italian. Shower was cold.

The metro is in 10min walking distance.
