All was great, thanks

Close to ruins. nice staff, outdoor space Our bathroom smelled like something died in it. Patio cushions were very dirty. There were strange heat spots on the floor that may indicate an electrical or fire concern. Some rooms were sold without windows. I think the booking might have said no balcony, but it actually had no windows. Scary fire hazard and safety risk.

The location. The staff (very kind and friendly). The breakfast. Room 218 The bed - there were 2 twin beds in my room. I could feel the springs on both. No wifi. It was so frustrating - it went up and down consistently. The only place l could get a reliable connection was in the terrace and main building. Buy a booster for this area!! I had a balcony but no chair or table. Fridge didn't work.

Location Nothing about it was really welcoming. All fine. Sort of matter of fact.

Amazing terrace, couldn’t be closer to the ruins. Matteo was great. His English is good and he gave us lots of suggestions on how to spend our time there. Not keen on the smell of their cleaning products. But really nothing bad to say.

Directly opposite the entrance to Herculaneum. The terrace patio had nice ambiance. Staff was fairly helpful with travel arrangements. Pretty run down. Can be loud depending on what is going on outside. Elevator moves at a snail pace so expect to walk up stairs.

Excellent location. Very convenient to dining, train station and Herculaneum ruins. Simple but nice breakfast. Very helpful and attentive staff that look to resolve issues. Mildew smell in room. Wifi in room was completely unusable.

The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. But best of all, the hotel is directly across the street from the entry to Herculaneum Archaeological Park. Because of this proximity, after an early breakfast I was able to walk across the street and have Herculaneum virtually to myself for several hours before the tour buses arrived.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Location of property fantastic. Breakfast was nice. Must be careful on stairs, no elevator seen, although it wasn’t a problem for us, it might be for others.
-
Parking and loading/ unloading were complicated due to lack of space at the hotel, restrictions due to no vehicles zone, and the walking distance to the parking lot.

Excellent

Staff was friendly, good location. Breakfast room had a beautiful view and was very good Parking was not convenient

Everything Navigating to the right station from Naples can be quite a challenge. To reach your hotel, be sure to arrive at Ercolano Scavi rather than Portici Ercolano, as the latter is a 30-minute walk away.

Clean, pretty room, perfect location across from the Herculaneum site. Staff were very nice and helpful. Nice patio for lounging, and very njce breakfast too.

One of the pillow cases was dirty. I had to complain about that. Also the shower head was broken and had to get the plumber to change the fittings. He cut is hand and left blood on the shower head/floor and tiles. I had to get him back to clean it up.

Great location with Herculaneum archaeological site just across the road. The site was more enjoyable for us than Pompeii with two young children being a smaller site and more preserved. Other attractions nearby...the "Golden Mile" of Villas and Reggio Portici palace and botanical gardens. Two train stations within easy reach. We used the vesuvio express which leaves from near Ercolano train station to reach mount Vesuvius (great experience) The staff of the hotel were very friendly. Good range of food available for breakfast. Nice communal terrace. It was a little noisy at night but was expected being so close to the high streets.

The location, staff and breakfast was excellent. The bed was not especially comfortable.

Location ideal. Room good. Great breakfast. Very helpful English speaking staff organised many things for me including a wonderful Amalfi boat trip at short notice and safely stored my luggage on the last day when I visited Herculaneum across the road. Minor gripes: The balcony and poor furniture - stools for sitting out were very disappointing. Air-conditioning good. The shower head (and another room's) were broken. Mine was fixed almost immediately after I had reported the problem to reception but the very next day, it was returned to its broken state. Sounds like they have a limited number of good ones they switch. Didn't like dragging my heavy case up the many flights of stairs whilst trying to keep up with the concierge. Turned out there is a lift from the first floor to the second. Didn't like the metal staircase external to the building. Couldn't see an alternative fire escape route.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, bedroom was cleaned every day and the breakfast was very good, always enough Only down side was the bedroom ,we had 3 different rooms and they need a bit of updating
