Great staff. Very friendly. Clean room.

Awesome experience
-
There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, wallpaper peeling off, couch cushion was ripped and the room smelled musty and felt damp.

My stay here was excellent. The evening desk clerk was helpful with getting me information on taking the Metra to downtown. The morning clerk was equally helpful with information for going to o’hare. The breakfast was fantastic with several hot options. The hotel is easy access to an express way. All in all I was pleasantly surprised at how great my stay was.

We were just there for one night, a family of five. It was fine. The staff was very friendly. My kids liked the breakfast. Our room was fine just not as clean as I would’ve liked and just seemed kind of dark and dingy compared to what I’m used to at other hotels of this brand.

I thinks they should leave the windows open or use something to prevent the odor smell on hallways and rooms I couldn’t sleep because of the bad smell. Price is not cheap for the provided room to be honest. The Ac was making so much noice too

The property feels a little older but is generally very clean. Staff are friendly, helpful, and prompt. The people in the next room must have flooded the bathroom because it smelled like sewage after we they got in. The cleaning staff were prompt about addressing this room and smell.

Good and friendly staff, good breakfast options. However paying for parking is big Minus ➖️.

Cons: The first room we were put in was very musty; it had a bad smoke and funky odor. Then, when we went to get the bedding for the pullout bed, there were baby flies buzzing all in the plastic bag. We had to request another room. That room was better, but carpet was stained and the couch had stains too. The tub is very narrow, and when you step in to take a shower, the plastic pops up and down…feels like you’re gonna fall through the floor. The pool wasn’t properly stocked with towels.

Our stay was really good. Nice & quiet hotel. A little dated with the door rubbing against the frame, beds were comfortable. Easy access to get to where we needed to go.

The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast included a variety of options that looked appealing and tasted great.

I understand that it was a studio suite but at the same time I really dislike the fact that they put the sink out of the bathroom and put it in where the separate area is for the king bed so like if you bring your kids or whoever they have to walk through your area to go to the bathroom turn on said light then wash the hands I just don't think they set it up properly. I also did not like the fact that for that amount of money that they can't even keep coffee out during the day when a lot of hotels offer coffee during the whole entire day of this day so I was very shocked about that.. I mean the room was not horrible or anything but like I said it was the setup that I didn't like the fact that even though they said they have buffet breakfast and my kids love breakfast they're teenagers they were very sad with what they saw down there. I am sorry to say but I definitely do not think this will be somewhere we ever go again.

The service for the room not professional for getting an extra blankets and towels they told us to come down and get them also said they don’t have more to give. But the hotel was clean. Thank you

Property is slightly aged (AC made noise as well as fan in bathroom). However we enjoyed the size of room and the breakfast was by far superior to many other hotels.

Don't stay here! The room was dirty, stained everywhere, couch was disgusting, wallpaper peeling off the walls, ceiling was peeling off. The pillows were way to thin and gave no support.

Maintenance is a challenge here in Aug 2026. When you walk in there is an immediate oppressive air freshener smell attempting to cover up mold/mildew smells. This continues at least through the second floor. Our room smelled very mildew/moldy and there was a general sense of dampness. A square of wall paper had been stapled to the bathroom wall to cover green/black/orange mold. Floor of shower was dirty with a ring around it. Carpet in room included a stain and visible dirt. Couch was stained in several places. Breakfast was pretty bad. Steamed English muffins with egg and cardboard like turkey sausage. When I called down to the front desk, they were very kind and understanding - thoroughly professional. They refunded us for our first night and the remaining nights of the stay which we cancelled. They seemed to recognize the maintenance challenges. Seems like corporate really needs to provide support to address the dampness and mold issues with the facility. Staff were great, so could be worth trying after some time for these issues to be resolved.
