The mattress from the bed are a bit old. Breakfast does not have a lot of options for the price they asked for.

Close to the Mullerthal trail. You can literally start hiking from the front of the hotel! There’s also a bus station in front of the hotel. Most of the staff were really nice and welcoming. The breakfast was really good and diverse. Some of the staff at the restaurant were not very nice or attentive. The water pressure at the shower was weak. The spa facility felt deserted and out of date.

The room was a bit small at 20 m2 but very comfortable for a weekend. And we had a lovely terrace.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bel Air as it was a perfect location being close to the nature and not far away from Mullerthal Trails, we went out on many hikes and also around the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous and enjoyed many different choices including vegetarian. It is not something which we did not like but one of the mattress or bed was not very comfortable but then the hotel staff was very helpful as they moved us in the other room.

Great location for hiking the Mullerthal Trail. Nice sauna. The shower was cycling through scorching hot and ice cold water, probably depending on whether someone else was flushing the toilet on another floor.

The Spa was just one sauna room. All the other facilities that used to be there (like the hammam) were closed. Dinner menu in the evening only had one vegetarian option which is not enough for a wellness hotel.

Convenient location along the Mullerthal Trail. Beautiful hotel and surroundings, felt really relaxed there. Also very clean and comfortable.

Big room, old comfort which came handy on our trip to dry our vlotjes. Sauna and hamman were nice.very quite and beautiful old garden. Lots of still corners to read a good book. Pitty the pool is out of order. Sauna closses a bit too soon in a Sunday.

I like the location. Echternach is beautiful! The proximity of the hotel to the Mullerthal Region is a plus. You have an awesome hiking trail across the street form the property. Highly recommended! Beds need replacement. I am 6'2, medium weight and the mattress did not provide adequate support. Internet access is not necessarily the most user friendly.

The staff at the front desk and restaurant were fantastic. The pool was not available and the property does need some attention.

The location The spa was disappointing. The facilities and the room are old fashioned and not well maintained.

Location is superb, a lot of trails start from this hotel's location. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Bed sheets were a bit short and the swimming pool was broken.

The location near the trail. The sauna and the krauterbad. The breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean. Staff at reception/cleaning was good. The restaurant was really bad value for money. The service was average but the food was really poor. I expect that it was not freshly cooked and straight from the freezer, and even the fried poultry tasted like cardboard.

Our room was so lovely and comfortable. We felt right at home here! The breakfast was soooo good and having the spa after a day hiking in the cold was great. I would stay here again! Nothing

Breakfast was full of varieties. The location of the hotel is nice, in a quiet environment. The pool has been closed for months. Only the spa was open. The double beds are always composed of 2 small beds put together instead of a big bed. This is annoying because they always split apart when you are sleeping on the middle.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated. Pool was empty but still on the signs.
