Excellent location, good complimentary breakfast offerings, great staff. The policy that allowed dog owners in the adjacent room to leave for the evening leaving dogs inside to wail and bark constantly for hours. We finally had to change rooms at 11 pm as the staff was unable to locate the owners and the poor dogs were panicked and crazy.

This location is perfect to stay in Dunedin! It is within a walking distance from everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Their rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I had a wonderful day and will stay here again. Highly recommended five stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
