All good All good

For the region it had one of the best priced hotels that’s why I chose it. Beds were comfy It was very odd checking into the rooms in the restaurant. Bathroom steamed up fast when taking a shower, they need shower curtains to stop water from getting on the floor after showers

Everything was good. Staff, Food. Cleanliness. and location. The walk to the returant in the morning.
-
Another key card. Other than that I can't fault it

Staff were very helpful, especially when we asked for an early check-in at the last moment

The location for what we wanted it for. Room was a little tired the bathroom needed a refurbishment. This was a disabled room but the door closer was so strong in it initial movement I struggled to open it, not good for disabled person or helper. Staff in the bar restaurant were very helpful but seemed to be few there.

Passable room. Location in industrial estate, just off A1. Ease of access to Wedding Venue. It does what it says but no frills and like a Travel Lodge/Premier Inn type accommodation. £20 to drop bags in room at 1230hrs. Inflexible check-in necessitating us leaving the wedding venue at 5pm to check-in.

The beds were super comfortable, the staff were lovely! The thermostat in the room wasnt the best. The room still felt cold even when turned up completely

Facilities could be better.

Had to ask for remote for Tv , didn’t work, back to reception, told they would get another one while I waited. Then went to have a shower to only find one set of towels( double room) Back to reception which was in another building to get another towel . Had dinner in their restaurant which was overpriced and misrepresented. Not good value for us, have stayed in much better places for the money
